Welcome to Easy Snap Puzzle. By accessing or using our mobile application (“App”) and services (collectively referred to as “Services”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

By using our App and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you are accessing the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms of Service.

5. In-App Purchases

Some features of the App may be available for purchase. By making an in-app purchase, you agree to pay the applicable fees and charges as outlined in the App. Payment will be processed through the App Store or other third-party payment processors, and you agree to comply with their terms and conditions. All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.

We may change the pricing of our in-app purchases at any time, but the changes will not affect any purchases already made.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in unlawful conduct. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us directly or using the self-service option in the App.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately, and we may remove or disable access to your account and any associated content. The provisions of these Terms of Service that by their nature should survive termination (such as indemnity, intellectual property, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply after termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to any errors, viruses, or other harmful components transmitted through the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from or in connection with your use of the App or Services.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using the App. If applicable law does not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability will be limited to the extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your infringement of any rights of third parties.
